Producers
Passionate about people and human stories.
Relevant experience in film, TV production. Web video experience preferred.
Documentary experience an advantage.
Experience in working with tight deadlines and small film crews.

Directors
Romantic and passionate about people and human stories.
Relevant experience in film, TV production. Web video production preferred.
Documentary experience an advantage.
Experience in managing small film crews.
Knowledge in operating video cameras and editing is an advantage.

Videographers
Experience in video work is a must.
Must have video equipment.
Sound equipment is a plus.
Relevant experience in film or TV production. Web videography is preferred.
Documentary experience an advantage.

Editors
Passionate about telling stories through video.
Knowledge of digital non linear editing.
Knowledge in one or more of the following software: Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of web compression.
Relevant experience in editing for film, TV production or web projects.
Documentary experience an advantage
